At The Vinyl Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the vinyl in its original mailer and protective sleeves to ensure it is not warped or scratched during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement copy within 5 business days.
